Your mystery football shirt from The Kit Collective is dispatched within 5 days. From that point, all orders arrive within 3-5 days for UK customers, and within 3-5 business days for European customers. U.S and Canadian customers will receive their orders from dispatch within 7-10 working days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be delayed beyond our control due to Brexit and Coronavirus.

For all recurring subscribers, monies will be taken on the same day you set up your subscription. We only accept exchanges if the sizing of your shirt is incorrect or your shirt has arrived damaged and you can provide photographic evidence of this we will replace your shirt. Any shirts returned to us for size exchange will need to be undamaged and unworn with the original tags still attached within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. 

Subscriptions are renewed automatically, unless you cancel them. Monies for your first month are taken on the day you subscribe, and for all subsequent months, monies are taken on the 18th of the month. As long as you cancel on the 17th of the month or earlier, you will cancel before monies are taken for your next crate. Cancellations made after the 18th of the month will only apply the following month, but you are able to follow our refund policy in order to receive a full refund.

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, e-mail hello@footycrate.com with your order number and the correct address before 1pm on the day you subscribe. We will then change the address to the correct address. No refund or change of address can be actioned by FootyCrate after 1pm on the day you subscribe.
