What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We aim to dispatch our orders from our UK based team within five business days and all orders are sent via a tracked service. 

UK orders are shipped on a tracked 48 hour service via Royal Mail.

International orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Please note that orders may be faced with delays beyond our control such as through COVID, Brexit, customs or postal delays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We DO NOT accept returns on any shirts dispatched through our service.

The Kit Collective gives you a mystery football shirt from 35 leagues around the world from a host of leading kit manufacturers, and you are able to specify your preferences at checkout to ensure you do not receive shirts from rival clubs or nations. Team preferences are considered upon dispatch but these cannot always be accommodated and are dependent on size & team availability in your size at the time of dispatch.

We only accept exchanges if the sizing of your shirt is incorrect or your shirt has arrived damaged and you can provide photographic evidence of this we will replace your shirt. Any shirts returned to us for size exchange will need to be undamaged and unworn with the original tags still attached within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. 

To make an exchange, please get in touch with us via hello@footycrate.com or via the returns link on your tracking or dispatch email where you can complete a returns form for your order. 

Please note we cannot be responsible for any item(s) which are lost in transit.

Can I cancel my order?

Subscriptions are renewed automatically, unless you cancel them. Monies are taken on same the day of the month you subscribed, so as long as you cancel before that date, you will cancel before monies are taken for the next crate. Cancellations made after the date you set your subscription will only apply the following month.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, e-mail hello@footycrate.com with your order number. If your product hasn't been dispatched, we will then change the address to the correct address. We cannot accept any responsibility for any incorrect details entered at checkout. No refund or change of address can be actioned by FootyCrate after dispatch.
